12 years of experience building websites, using the latest HTML5 mark-up language, SASS/LESS CSS extension languages with responsive design in mind. I have been using JavaScript for the past 8 years, constantly learning new areas and improving my knowledge - currently learning AngularJS. WordPress is my favourite platform, I can almost literally make it dance if you want me to, adding Magento alongside it brings both fantastic content and shop management systems. Having studied OOP at the university and using PHP as part up with great solutions to any problems efficiently. Both GIT and SVN version control tools have become my best friends over the years to securely store the code online as well as handle code deployment and a lot more!
Programming is one of the fields where experience matters and in order to become a better coder, it is important to code more and constantly improve my skills. I often look at solutions other developers have done which helps me to see the code from a different point of view and improve my skills.

My daily/hourly rates vary depending upon the type of work, its urgency and other factors, however start at £300+VAT per day and £40+VAT per hour. Unlike most developers, I do not round up to the nearest hour, instead, I round up to the nearest quarter of an hour which saves the client money, especially when it comes to completing smaller tasks. There are many ways to build a website, e.g. use of an existing template, therefore I always try to work within client’s budget to offer the best solution for what they can afford.
The project normally starts with a 30% upfront non-refundable deposit payment, followed up by 30% upon completion of the design stage and the remaining 40% is due upon successful completion of the project. Established clients might get the privilege of "work now, pay later" service. All my work also includes a warranty period of six weeks from handover.
Unfortunately, there are only 24 hours in a day, sometimes I might be able to change priorities but this is something to be agreed on - contact me today and ask, I'll be happy to assist if I can!
Please send across the project brief and I'll see what I can do.
Sure, providing that my schedule allows me to do this, I am also available to work on your projects both externally or in-house.
I am a hard working individual, skilled in many different web technologies with a proven track record
working with established businesses, start-ups or non-profit organizations.
I respond to your queries quickly and efficiently, straight to the point.
All websites are built using open-source tools, therefore my clients are not dependant upon me, another
developer could easily pick up the work and take over, if needed.
I always meet the deadlines and go the extra mile to ensure my clients are receiving the best possible
service.
My rates are very reasonable, I round up to the nearest quarter of an hour.
The samples of my work can be found within the Work section of my website.
No, I personally don't, however I have a bunch of web designers I work with to whom I can refer you to.
You will own 100% of your website providing that all payments are settled - both the content and the code.
I am always happy to have the initial chat during which we can discuss your budget and see what we can agree on. I am unable to make any promises, this depends on my current availability as well as your deadline and other factors.
This is one of the questions I can't answer unless I have a full list of the client's requirements or a project brief available. The time it takes me to develop the website and thus the cost to do so depends on the complexity and your requirements, such as features, number of pages, amount of text and images, multimedia elements, etc. There are also web design fees to be considered as well as hosting charges.
There are some agencies which outsource their work to freelancers and charge astonishing fees only to pass on a small part of it to freelancers. You will also receive more personal attention without any distractions of internal politics or extra fees for commercial real estate lease, employee benefits, etc. I can work more efficiently as I am managing my own time and deciding on the most efficient approach. It is in my best interest to become loyal to your company and build a long lasting business relationship.
